Denise Laviolette

Denise has been in the real estate/ mortgage industry since 2005.

She started out as a real estate agent, then moved into the mortgage industry in 2013. She began as a compliance officer for a small mortgage company, then sought out the closing/ funding/ purchasing side of the transaction. After 6 years as a top closer for a multibillion-dollar mortgage company, she now processes and manages each transaction from beginning to end.

Denise stays in constant contact with the clients, realtors and title companies throughout the transaction. She gets to know each client on a personal level of fulfilling their dream of home ownership while building those lasting business relationships.

Denise has a true caring heart and passion for each client as if she were buying the home.

On a personal note, she is an avid deer hunter and hunts with her husband at their ranch in West TX. She has 3 children, and one grandchild. She has a kind soul, loves God and her family.
